This light-filled three bedroom duplex apartment is situated on Manhattan's Upper East Side, home to many iconic New York celebrities, ranging from Woody Allen to Michael Bloomberg to Madonna. The apartment is spread over the 3rd and 4th floors of a 5-story brownstone building. This walk-up building is situated near the intersection of East 84th Street and 1st Avenue, not far from Carl Schurz Park and the East River Esplanade, allowing you to enjoy nature in the midst of the Big Apple.
This duplex has both modern and prewar elements, combined to maximize utility and charm. The decorative fireplace in the living room is a reminder of the brownstone roots of the building, while the kitchen is full of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher!
