About this house rental
Our house is located on Great creek, which is exactly what it stands for. GREAT! It is off the main lake so traffic is slim, the fishing is good and the water is nice.
Discover this 5-bedroom gem in Bracey with a Hot Tub. This brilliant house boasts 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds, 1 twin bed, and 1 full bed. Our deck offers amazing views of the lake with a Gas Grill and Blackstone and a marvelous table that seats 12. Wanna play inside... the basement includes a large TV and Pool Table. We have taken the time to make sure the kitchen has everything you could ever need (as I am personally a HUGE cook) ... please feel free to just any condiments, spices... we just ask if you use anything up you replace it for us (or at least let us know). Please take advantage of the lily pad mat, kayaks and paddle boards that we also have to offer at/in our Boat House!
Boat Owners:
There is a culvert you have to go through and it’s tight. I fit my 23lsv malibu through it without having to break my tower down. Our dock sits in 5-8 feet of water with lots of room to tie a boat off w/ bumpers and cleats on the dock. There is also a Jet Ski lift that is attached to our Dock, and you are more than welcome to use as well.
Holly Grove Boat Marina & Boat Ramp (2-minute drive from house):
This marina has one slot and is not recommended for unloading larger boats. The ramp drops off after the dock on the left side and can mess your trailer up. There is also a $5 fee every time you use it. This place is great to load up on drinks, snacks and Ice cream. They have a small grill inside that offers breakfast and lunch sandwiches.
Poplar Creek Boat Ramp (5-minute drive from the house):
This is the best ramp option closest to our house. It’s free and has two slots to drop your boat. Plus, it’s near the Shady Shack Bar & Grill. The negative is that it’s 25-minute boat ride to the house.
Shady Shack Bar and Grill:
Really cool on the water restaurant offering pizzas, tacos, and other comfort food. It has a nice bar along live music sometimes.
