    The roon was dirty. A fithy pair of socks were left underneath the table (probably belonged to the previous occupants) and a heap of dust also lay under the table and the corners of the room. There was no tea or coffee made available. There was no bottles of water. This is the first hotel that I've stayed in that didn't provide these little goodwill gestures. I struggled to get into the wi-fi so I asked the receptionist for help. She spent 30 seconds in helping me athen said I can't help you with this problem. When checking out there was no-one at the reception and my uber was waiting to take us to the airport. Gave the taxi driver 10 extra euros. The list goes on and on......
