About this villa rental

Escape to a stunning modern villa tucked in the Mountain Pine Ridge Reserve. This off-grid retreat features a private pool and a hidden path leading to Privassion Creek, where your own secluded waterfall and swimming hole await. Surrounded by nature, yet close to top attractions like Big Rock Falls and Caracol, this is the kind of place you won’t want to leave. Perfect for those seeking peace, beauty, and a deep connection to Belize’s wild landscape.

Modern Jungle Villa with Private Pool & Waterfall Access – Off-Grid in Mountain Pine Ridge

Escape to one of Belize’s hidden gems—your own private villa tucked deep within the protected Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve. This off-grid modern retreat is designed for travelers seeking beauty, peace, and connection to nature, without sacrificing comfort.

The villa features a private plunge pool, open-concept indoor-outdoor living, and direct access to a pristine swimming hole and waterfall just a short 3-minute walk down a private path to Privassion Creek. While the creek is public, access is extremely limited—passing only through private lands—so you’ll likely have this stunning natural oasis all to yourself.
This beautiful, single-level home sleeps up to 8 guests and is perfect for families or groups of friends. It includes four bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 is the spacious master suite with a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, indoor/outdoor shower, and a private courtyard.
Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed.
Bedroom 3 also features a queen-size bed.
Bedroom 4 has a set of twin bunk beds.
The guest bedrooms are very small and share a full bathroom. These rooms are compact yet peaceful sleeping spaces designed for rest, relaxation and encouraging connection in the villa’s shared living spaces.

Large windows throughout the home bring in natural light and cool breezes, while the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area flows through accordion glass doors into a large screened-in porch. Sliding glass doors from the kitchen lead out to the deck and a stunning infinity plunge pool that overlooks the forest, blending indoor comfort with outdoor beauty.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas-operated appliances (stove, oven, coffee maker) and everything you need to prepare and share meals together. As the villa is completely solar-powered and off-grid, we kindly ask guests to avoid using high-energy appliances like electric kettles, toasters, or irons to ensure system efficiency.
Please note: There is no air conditioning, but the region’s cool mountain air, especially in the evenings, keeps the house comfortable. On warmer days, guests can cool off in the plunge pool or the natural swimming holes below the house.

If you don’t feel like cooking, several excellent dining options are just minutes away. Enjoy wood-fired pizzas at Blancaneaux Lodge (Francis Ford Coppola resort), dine in the jungle at Hidden Valley Inn, or savor fusion cuisine at Gaia Riverlodge.
A full-time caretaker lives discreetly on the property and is available to assist during your stay.

Just 15 minutes away is the charming Maya village of San Antonio, where guests can explore local culture through coffee farm tours, traditional meals, pottery workshops, and hands-on cooking classes.
Despite its remote setting, the villa is ideally located to explore some of Belize’s most spectacular nearby sights, including Big Rock Falls (3 miles), Pinol Sands (3.5 miles), and Rio On Pools (6 miles).

This is more than a vacation home—it’s a rare opportunity to experience Belize’s untamed natural beauty in privacy and comfort. Having your own private villa inside Mountain Pine Ridge is a true dream. Come experience it for yourself.

The entire property is your own and not shared with other guests.

Mr. Chano lives on the site in his own unit at the entrance to the property and can assist with any matter.

Hadas and Melody are always available to take your call or your messages through airbnb

Please notice you are in a protected nature reserve and setting fire is strictly prohibited.
Please Note:

Mountain Pine Ridge is a protected nature reserve, so no open fires or outdoor burning is permitted anywhere on the property or in the surrounding area.

To preserve the quality of the home, please avoid dragging furniture or luggage across the floors.

We kindly ask that you treat our home with care and respect—as if it were your own.

Thank you for helping us keep this special place beautiful for everyone who visits.
