Guest Access:
Guests have access to the condo and private outdoor patio. You’ll also have one assigned parking spot and access to the shared pool and grill area.
The Neighborhood:
This condo is right in the center of all the action on Anna Maria Island - located directly next to the beach and public parking.
Getting Around:
There is an island trolley you can take for free! The closest stop is at the public parking lot directly next door.

Pet Policy:
A pet fee of $100 per pet applies to all reservations with dogs and helps cover the additional cleaning required after a pet stay. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. If a stay requires cleaning beyond what is typically covered by the pet fee - including, but not limited to, excessive pet hair, odors, stains, accidents, waste removal, or damage - additional charges may be assessed after checkout.

Perfect location. Leila (building owner) got back to me immediately when I had a question. Old Florida charm abounded. We drove over to spend a few days on Holmes Beach with family for Thanksgiving. Looking forward to coming back!!!

Very convenient location. The condo was clean, however, some bed pillows could be replaced and there were only 2 coffee cups. The pool is small but well maintained. We'd consider staying again.
