Be advised, you will be toting all of your luggage upstairs as there is no elevator.
Updates to the furnishings needed. No comfortable seating inside and the beds need to be replaced. Very limited kitchen items. We had 1 dish towel and 1 wash cloth. And only 2 trash bags. At least provide 1 trash bag for everyday of the renters stay. No salt or pepper, 1 coffee cup. People are traveling and can't bring all the essentials. Did i mention the whole west side is windows and provide a beautiful view.

The unit has been nicely updated. The downsize is being on the third floor without an elevator. The view of the beach & Gulf from the unit is spectacular.

Looking out over the Gulf was perfection with its shades of turquoise and blue water. The condo needed new mattresses and area rugs and some heavy duty cleaning.
