Hi
8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
We had a rather large room with a king bed, nice balcony, and a fan. No airconditioning. To be fair, airconditioning is almost certain to be rarely needed, and the fan did help during the heat wave. On the positive side, all the staff, from the front desk, to the room cleaners, to the servers in the restaurants, to the chair operators, were friendly and professional. If you are like me, staff are important and often can make or break a trip. Many of the young workers are on a visa work program, and they come from all over the world. So, while the rooms are what one should expect at a ski lodge, the food, staff, service and all interactions were excellent. This does not happen by accident, so most aspects really deserve a 5+.
