The home and beds were very comfortable, tidy and clean. Couldn’t fault it.
We expected a hot tub ( spa bath) as we were biking and thought it would be great to soak in one, but I think they meant a bath in the bathroom. The home sleeps 6 but they only had 2 wineglasses and from memory 4 tumblers. A few more glasses will be great. A small milk in the fridge for an arrival cup of tea is always appreciated.

New home that’s well placed in an outta suburb of Cromwell. Easy arrival, comfy for 4 of us.
If you want sparking clean this is not the place for you. We weren’t sure the sheets had been changed in the master bedroom 🤔 No hot tub (or spa batty) here which was a shame as I booked this place for after we completed the rail trail and a spa would have been great.

the location was great and we had everything we needed for a one night stay. Would stay again and recommend to others,
Didn't like that we couldn't locate a Hot Tub on the property. The windows needed cleaning and the cobwebs and window ledges could have been cleaned.
