Arthur's House at Carrick Vineyard

My husband and I had a wonderful few days staying at Arthur's house over Easter. The location is spectacular, and we enjoyed looking out over the beautiful vista and vineyard. The property was exceptional, and we were so thrilled to see the thoughtful extra touches for our convenience and comfort. This is a perfect house to bring a group of friends and family to enjoy the best of what Central Otago has on offer. We loved popping across the road to the Carrick restaurant and gardens for a superb wine tasting and delicious food. We can't wait to come back with a group of friends !

We were very happy with our stay and can't think of anything that could be improved. The hosts were fabulous with communication before our stay, and there if we needed anything. No complaints at all from us.

Location is superb. Lovely outlook. Quiet and relaxing. In my retirement I help on important projects overseas, including seismic assessment of the historic area of Rome and ongoing hazard in Turkey following the huge earthquakes there February 2023. Mostly I do the travel, but I have Arthur's House now top of my list as the ideal retreat for when visitors come for in-depth chatting.
