About this house rental
Nestled on the banks of the Sante Fe River, this lovely house boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft with a bunk bed and an outdoor shower to rinse off when you're done floating down the river!
The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom that includes a jetted bathtub and separate shower with dual shower heads. Enjoy quite time on the private deck and enjoy the view from the tree tops.
The second bedroom has two queen beds, and the third bedroom has one queen bed. The third bedroom also has direct access to the back porch for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine at night.
This property offers a tremendous amount of space for guests to relax. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Our dock travels between the trees all the way down to the river welcoming you to beautiful views. Our home comes equipped with tubes and kayaks, as well as access to the local park where you can launch from, just a 45 minute float from park to our dock. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own tubes if you like. Take a morning or evening walk around the neighborhood to experience some of the deer and other wildlife north Florida offers.
Rainy day? No worries, we are loaded with family board games and smart tv’s for movies and bingeing your favorite tv shows. We are in the heart of springs country with multiple springs within a 30 minute drive.
*Note regarding WI-FI: We are located in a wooded area on the banks of a river. Although we have the best WI-FI available to us, there are times it may go out! (We consider it another chance to unwind if it does happen.)

This house was very beautiful and the location was great. The view was amazing. The host provided everything you need to have a good time without take having to leave all you need is food and drinks. Before we even left we were talking about returning in the summer. I would definitely recommend the house.
