Come stay at this comfortable, spacious, and bright 4 bedroom 2 bath home in the quiet and peaceful Rustlewood neighborhood. 10 min away from UF. 5 min away from Publix. Amazing restaurants and local shops close by. 5-10 min from UF and HCA hospitals. 30 minutes to Ginnie Springs. Quiet and serene area, family friendly, we are sure you will have a peaceful and energizing time at this beautiful home we have ready and waiting for you!

The living room features a big 70" tv hanging over the fireplace, 2 big comfortable pull out sofas with additional sleeping for 4, and 2 accent chairs.
Big dining room table with enough seating for 8 plus 2 counter stools.

KING BED in master bedroom.
Queen beds in all other bedrooms.
Each bedroom features a 55" TV, memory foam mattress, duvet, black out curtains, full length mirror, 2 nightstands, and closets. 3 of the bedrooms feature a 6 drawer dresser as well.
All TV's are smart TV's so just stream your favorite show or app to them with ease.
Complete washer and dryer with detergent available at no cost, iron and ironing board
Full kitchen with all the pots, pans, baking sheets, and utensils you could ever need.
Complete set of plates and bowls with flatware
Coffee maker with coffee waiting for you.
Hot water kettle and tea as well

No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 9 pm.
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind but if you let us know we will do our best to look for it and have it sent back to you.
Unapproved late check out will result in a fee of $75 Every 30 min after 11 am.
There is a $50 per night per person fee for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
There is a $250 cleaning fee for smoking of any kind
This is $100 replacement fee if the garage door opener is lost or stolen

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this home, and it was fine. There was a year and a half between stays and it feels a bit more used, but the doors locked, the internet worked, the AC was cold. Needs a deep clean and a little maintenance, but good for groups on gamedays.
