Arddwyn - Cosy Welsh cottage

The cottage Was very clean and had everything you needed. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great.. the heating was great and warmed up the cottage quickly. Great location for visiting Snowden and areas around.

The stairs are a little bit steep and narrow and the banisters is very low at the top if you have children or your elderly. The cottage provides towels which were nice, but there was no tea towel so we had to buy one as we didn’t take one with this.. There is no garden except for a tiny concrete square outside the back door and walking the dog has to be done on the road or a 10 minute walk to the park. There is a field in the photographs of the cottage opposite which looks like it would be okay to walk the dog but you’re not allowed to use that area. You can’t access it at all to walk the dog and our dog needs lots of exercise as she is a collie dog this was a bit of an issue early in the morning and later in the evening.

Good location for visiting Portmerion and Steam train

Initial problem opening front door,we did have clear instruction about it but still had difficulty

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung in toller Lage

Es roch leicht muffig in bestimmten Bereichen, die Wohnung sollte dringend ein Update hinsichtlich Schimmel Entfernung erhalten

Great location, parking at property, comfy beds, cosy sofa, great kitchen facilities.

Small back garden.
