L'apartament està ben ubicat a prop del centre antic i ben comunicat amb un parking a prop, còmode, encara que complicat de trobar pel mercat diari dels voltants. L'apartament no és massa gran però té de tot el necessari. Té dos aparells d'aire acondicionat (al saló i l'habitació però segons el propietari no es poden posar els dos a l'hora). Pel demés és un apartament còmode, tot just a la mida però una bona opció qualitat/preu. El propietari molt amable i s'ofereix en tot el que puguis necessitar. Nosaltres vam demanar fer el check-in abans i va fer tot el possible i vam poder entrar abans de l'hora.

Com he dit els A/C funcionen però la temperatura res a veure amb el que posa el comandament. A les hores fa calor. És un setè pis (àtic) i estem a l'agost..., no s'està malament però fa calor. Pel demés tot correcte, potser una mica massa domòtic pel meu gust, per entrar s'utiliza una codificació en lloc de clau, la llum amb targeta com als hotels..., però són detalls menors.

We liked everything about the apartment, it was very clean and fresh and had everything we needed! The host had great communication with us prior to out stay and was great to meet them in person at the property and to check everything was ok. They were available if we needed them throughout our stay. The location was perfect, supermarkets, metro, buses and tour pick up points all with 5 mins walk and the local market is a must visit! We had stunning views from each window in the apartment and although located in the centre, it was quiet at night. We loved the pillows and air con in the bedroom too!. Thank you for our amazing stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento nel cuore della città di Catania e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. L’appartamento è pulitissimo, arredato con cura e dotato di tutto il necessario, con quell’atmosfera accogliente che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la privacy e la bella vista sulla città. Luca è stato un host fantastico: sempre gentile e disponibile, si è preoccupato più volte durante il soggiorno che fosse tutto a posto e se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa. Ci ha anche dato tanti consigli utili e suggerimenti da insider per visitare Catania e i dintorni che abbiamo davvero apprezzato.

Wir kamen wegen sehr schlechten Wetter auf der Route verspätet an. Der Eigentümer hatte geduldig auf uns gewartet und uns am Parkhaus abgeholt. Die Wohnung hat einen guten Schnitt und am Horizont sieht man auch den Hafen. Sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Es war Winter. Das Leintuch auf dem Bett war nicht ausreichend. Wir haben noch nie so gefroren. Der Vermieter brachte uns am nächsten Tag noch eine Decke. Es war zu kalt. Dafür konnte der Vermieter natürlich nichts. Die Heizung funktionierte einwandfrei. Heizung = Klimagerät. Im Umfeld des Hauses Abfall und Schmutz, Viele Obdachlose. Die Stadt insgesam sehr verschmutzt und im Verfall.
