Localização é boa! Próximo do centro
Higiene do local deixou a desejar, cito: Os cobertores fedidos e louça suja de comida mistura com pratos limpos. Tranca da janela danificada. O banheiro não tem local para o sabonete. Lixeiras sujas. Vassoura péssimo estado para o uso.

Atendimento do Anfitrião e tentativa de resolver os problemas encontrados na entrada do apto.
Demora nas informações para fazer o checkin, passando do horário combinado. Apto muito sujo (foram enviadas fotos ao anfitrião) e cheiro insuportável de cigarro. Foi enviada uma pessoa para dar uma limpada e colocar um fogão elétrico novo . Mas o cheiro continuou insuportável. Não foi usado a cozinha nem seus utensílios devido à primeiro impressão da sujeira e desgaste no geral. Destaco que quando reservamos constava que era proibido fumar.
