O studio é bem completo. cabe 3 adultos. tem quarto sala cozinha e banheiro. Geladeira. ar condicionado, ferro de passar, itens de cozinha, sofá cama TV, Internet rápida, mesinha de iantar, armário, criado, ou seja tem condições de passar alguns dias com conforto.
prédio tem elevadores antigos com cheiro de alqo estragado. Leve cheiro de cigarro pelo prédio

Localização boa, ambiente limpo, organizado e aconchegante. Apesar de não ter usado, vi que a cozinha atende muito bem quem pretende fazer refeições no apartamento. Disponibilizaram amenidades, como água, café, chocolate, xampú, condicionador: pequenos gestos que fazem diferença. Bom custo benefício!
