Marble Black Suite

This accomodation was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The towels were lovely and fresh. There were teabags, coffee and little milks there too, a welcome touch. The design and decoration was of a very high standard. The 'hand' toiletroll holder made me smile. The location is very good. We were going to the stadium for a concert and this was only 18mins walk away, about 10mins from the town centre with plenty of eateries and bars and about 20mins from the impressive Historic Dockyard. The owner obviously loves gadgets as the internal door, the shower control, underfloor heating control and even the little bin were digitally controlled. Very good. Clear and easy instructions regarding entry to property. Overnight car park nearby and not pricey.

Nothing to dislike. Just thought a bath/shower mat in the rolltop bath (yes!) would stop feet slipping. Perhaps a clothes rail in the room would be good. However, there was a bathroom overdoor set of hooks we turned round to hang clothes on in the room, but only a couple of light garments.

I found the experience of stay here no nonsense. The keys were easy to collect and the instructions were clear for a self checkin experience. The room and en suite were brand new and finished to a high quality and felt very luxurious. I travelled with my little dogs and they were comfortable and quiet. The house was in a good position to get out of Gloucester.

The key lock was very difficult to see to enter the code to get in and out of the property. The shower did not work. The TV kept on losing its signal The walls are very thin, I could hear the neighbours having a normal conversation
