Pool and proximity to the beach access
Toilet seat was cracked in unit causing a cut and blood blister on my husband when using the restroom, there was human feces next to our car in the parking lot when we woke up, and having to pay $50 for parking that was not abundantly clear at the time of booking.

Clean and nice location and pool was nice.
We got no check in code and had to call around to Vacasa had no information and then call Avar to final get a code while standing at the door with all our stuff. Also no check out instructions.
