Location was very central and easy walking distance to PNC park and river walk as well as many restuarants, bars, coffee shops, breakfast places. Room had full height windows on all sides which let in lots of natural light. There's a convenient and affordable parking ramp less than half a block away.
The key code access and the lock on the door gave us some issues but we called and they were very helpful. We eventually figured out that holiding the door closed while the mechanism was moving helped it work better. There were shades on the windows but they weren't able to really keep the room dark once the sun came up.

Ice cold air conditioning, could choose any temperature.
Location was fantastic right next to main downtown restaurant street.
Washer, dryer and laundry soap provided.
Full kitchen.
Comfortable sofa.
Please put a box of ear plugs in the bedroom!, the building works next door are LOUD! 7am concrete crushing noise.
More coffee pods, x2 was a bit stingy for 5 night stay.

Location was great and it was very easy to access. Temperature control was good given the heat outside.
There were some stains on the sheets and a leftover wrapper in the corner. The britta filter was also cracked, but I don’t blame them for not knowing. Would also appreciate more pans/pots for cooking
