CozySuites at William

The location was very convenient; it's in the downtown, cultural district area of Pittsburgh. It's close to hotels, restaurants, universities, cultural venues and museums. The apartment is furnished with the basics. The bed was very comfortable. I'm happy to report that contrary to several negative reviews, I found the bathroom and the kitchen very clean, and with all I needed. The wi-fi was fast and perfectly working, and the AC was fine. The guest experience team was very responsive and very kind. They answered right away to my messages, and I'm confident they are trying to improve the guests' experience.

There were constructions close to the building, and it was very noisy starting very early morning. The first day I arrived in the building there was a beeping that went on all night. The area doesn't feel safe in the evening. In the apartment there were some damaged and stained furnitures, and there was no other light than the ceiling ones (no side bed lamp or floor lamp). This said, the guest experience team acknowledged all my complaints, and even offered a small refund for the inconvenience.

Exceptional place, just view from the window was on the alley and trash bin, but everything inside was made for comfort, it was really near perfect.

Just small imperfections. Permanent fire alarm at 1 floor, not well washed sticky dishes, dirty alley right near exit, but what's all, it doesn't have big effect on our stay.
