המארח, איציק, היה מסביר פנים מאוד ונענה לכל בקשה. פינת האירוח נוחה ומאובזרת היטב והג'קוזי חזק וכייפי, בעיקר ביום סגרירי. המרפסת מחוץ לחדר האירוח משקיפה לשטח פתוח וירוק שכייף לאכול מולו ארוחת בוקר תחת הגג המקורה. המיקום הכללי של הצימר בגלבוע נהדר בשביל לצאת לטיולים בסביבה.
לנו זה לא הפריע, אבל כדאי לדעת שמי שנמצא בצימר העליון צריך לטפס בכמה מדרגות.
