Renovations taking place next door but this wasn’t really in the owners control.

Netanya is great.
The quality of the apartment is far from European or developed countries' standards. The stove did not work properly, bathrooms and ceiling in the rooms require renovation. The apartment was cold (19 degrees in January). Overall, the pictures do not reflect the real state of the apartment. The host demonstrated poor hospitality or responsiveness (only contacted us on the last day for a feedback), while we had questions and asked for support.
