Location was beautifully quiet and room was clean and bright.
The sofa bed was not a sofa or a bed more like a hard torture board. Ended up sleeping on the floor with the duvet which was more comfortable. Need to get a Z bed or something along those lines as what was there was not a bed.

The room was a good size with everything needed in it. Obviously a new refurbishment, the room was pristine. Check in was managed remotely and the process was smooth. Able to park on the drive which was ideal.
The self close doors were a little noisy as was the fact the stairs were uncarpeted hence noise from footfall.
