Friendly host that communicated well and great location for Wembley Stadium.

Location perfect for tube station

Bed a bit soft and room was very hot but they did supply a fan which helped

I've vegetarian, so there wasn't much breakfast.

This is not a "Like" answer but a comment. A selection of 4 cereals, toast & a brioche bun is not what I would call a continental breakfast. No croissants, chocopains, yoghurts or fruit

BE WARNED! Stay ruined by parking nightmare. Double checked before arrival that parking on site was available but upon arrival no parking on site available. Reason for this is they rent out more rooms than the 3 parking spaces they have available. Asked if parking on street OK told yes. Pointed out to reception staff that it was a Permit Holders only zone but told it would be fine. Next morning Parking Penalty for £160 on windscreen. Confronted staff who “ummed & ahhd” & said he would ring their Manager. Where was the owner!! The Managers response was just to fob me off with “you appeal it & if it fails they would reimburse me”. Not “it’s a mistake we will sort it out for you”. In other words TOUGH! Will they reimburse me if I appeal & fail. Of course not. Not £160. For what this 1 night has cost me I could have stayed in a luxury hotel with a sumptuous breakfast.
