Disponibilidade e simpatia do proprietário, casa fantástica muitíssimo bem equipada, a vários niveis :) com tudo o que é necessário. Decoração com excelente gosto.

Das Casa do Chico ist ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Es hat Charme, ist aber eher für jene geeignet, die rustikale, dunkle Räume mögen. Das Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer im Obergeschoss wirkt frisch saniert.
Bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir den Eindruck, dass wir in ein „bewohntes Haus“ eindringen würden: Der Kühlschrank war mit Lebensmitteln gefüllt, in einer Schale lagen alte Früchte und auch in den Küchen-Schränken befanden sich offene Esswaren. Im Badezimmer fanden wir verschiedene angebrochene Hygieneartikel sowie Zahnpflegeutensilien. Nachdem wir uns beim Besitzer beschwert hatten, erschien eine Nachbarin und entfernte diese Gegenstände in zwei grossen Trage-Taschen.
