Zagara dell'Etna

My husband and I stayed here for a week. The apartment is a great size and super location - walking distance to pretty much everything. There were a few small issues - our host was unable to meet us on our arrival so his father met us instead but we when we arrived at the apartment we were unable to make contact with his father so had to contact the host again to get him to contact his father who then let us in. The apartment is on the second floor and is in fact one of two apartments. Ours was at the front and if we were to visit again I would request the one at the back as the street was very noisy at night. It is a great size with a good size kitchen, hall, large bedroom and large bathroom. Air conditioning was a pleasant bonus. The Wifi initially didn't work but once we contacted the host the problem was sorted quickly. There were 3 keys - one into the apartment itself; one from the landing into the joint hall of the 2 apartments, and one for the door onto the street. It would have been helpful if these were colour coded as they were all very similar looking so it was pot luck each time trying to figure out which key was for which door. Also the key for the door out onto the street was very fiddly and took a while to work. The host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any of our queries. He also gave some great recommendations for trips we could take. We took his recommended tour of Etna which was just fabulous with an amazing guide. I would definitely recommend this apartment but as previously stated would request the apartment at the back for a quieter night!

A főbejáratnál az ajtó kicsit nehezen nyílt.
