Spacious, great location, Sainsbury’s on the doorstep, surprisingly quiet despite being near box Park, bed and sofa very comfortable to sleep on, management very responsive by message or telephone, allowed us to store our bags for collection later in the afternoon.
The cooking pans need replacing, some essential cooking ingredients such as oil would be helpful.

L'appartamento è assolutamente fantastico. In un luogo simbolo dello sport a Londra come Wembley. Il solo affacciarsi al balcone e vedere lo stadio da vicinissimo vale il viaggio, soprattutto la sera in cui tutta la zona è illuminata. Nonostante possa sembrare una zona caotica, si vive un'atmosfera di serenità e tranquillità ed e' bellissimo passeggiare in questa zona fornita di ristoranti e negozi.
Purtroppo non ci sono state fornite le chiavi di accesso al portone, ma con la speranza che non capiti a nessun'altro, questo posto è davvero il migliore per visitare Londra. Mi è stato proposto di cambiare appartamento ed effettuare un'eventuale trasloco, cosa che ho rifiutato, avrei gradito invece un piccolo rimborso. Ma tirando le somme, se non fosse stato per questo intoppo, l'appartamento è da favola!

What I liked...was the flexibility applied eventually for the refundable deposit to pay a lower amount.
Check-in was scheduled for 3pm, however I was not provided with the key location due to a refundable deposit I had no idea that I had to make as it was not prominently displayed at the time of booking. I completed my payment for the apartment through Booking.com, yet there was no clear indication whatsoever of additional fees ( £250 refundable deposit) that would be required upon arrival. This crucial information should NOT be hidden within the terms and conditions. It should be displayed clearly and prominently for customers to be able to make an informed decision. As a result, I was left stranded outside the property for an hour, unable to gain access because I was out of pocket. I had to drag my suitcase to the meeting I came there to attend, unable to change into decent clothes due to no access to the property. It was embarrasing. Had the requirement for a £250 refundable arrival deposit been clearly stated at the point of online booking, I would have avoided the use of the property and this situation could have been avoided entirely.

The proximity to OVO Arena and the tube station. It was spotlessly clean. Great value for money. A few good options for food within walk distance and a Sainsbury’s nearby too.
No corkscrew. No plugs any sink or bath. The bed was fairly comfortable but you could feel the metal springs which twanged when I rolled over waking me up.
The front door stopped working so we had to go in and out via the bin store which wasn’t great.
