1)O tempo entre a locação e o documento comprobatório no hotel. Mas fui atendido 2)Sobre a internet utilizada pelo hotel que me deixou na mão em momentos de reuniões e tive que rotear meu celular

Wi-Fi não funcionou em nenhum momento! O modem estava piscando e precisei desconectá-lo por várias vezes para tentar resolver a conexão. Para uma viagem a trabalho, internet é imprescindível. O atendimento com o dono não foi satisfatório. Pouco se importou quando o contactei pelo WhatsApp. Além disso, a banheira do chuveiro estava entupida e, em poucos minutos de banho, a água subia pelos pés. Meu apartamento foi o 711. Não voltaria. Nasci no Brasil mas sou canadense. Culturalmente a experiência poderia ter sido melhor.
