A beautiful property, which was exactly like the photos.
The pool is beautiful and Fred comes a couple of times a week to maintain it.
The cleaner was awesome and not intrusive at all.
Nice and secluded with no noise. Only a 7min scooter to the beaches.
Beds were comfortable and the lounge set up is great.

The villa itself is beautiful, bright, peaceful and modern. Does look like the pictures.
Beautiful design, off the main road so you don’t get the street noise.Staff is very nice and respectful.
The only thing I didn’t like about this stay is hosts disregard for guests comfort, which spoiled the entire stay (Otherwise it would have been close to perfect even there are some constructions going on around but they never bothered me since it’s not constant noise). His convenience is way above guests comfort. I had to fight for my right to my space and privacy which was very unexpected when renting a Private villa so you could feel like at home without strangers constant interruptions.
He didn’t ask to let him know when I need cleaning but informed me on what days the cleaning lady enters villa (next day after I moved in), when the pool guy enters villa and that they all have keys and to let them do their work which in my opinion completely undermines the “private” part when you rent entire place for privacy. When i pushed back he did agree that the cleaning lady will come upon request but refused my request for the pool guy to only come once a week. When I asked for water refill it was mentioned again that it would be more convenient for them if agreed in advance upon days would be more convenient for them since they manage other villas as well.
At this point I have stayed here for almost a month and a couple of weeks ago I have booked another 3 months (Dec-Feb) but considering canceling my next 3 months booking because of constant unplanned interruptions with requests to enter property when it wasn’t agreed upon in advance and just surprise visits. I’m not dealing with it for the rest of my stay, let alone another 3 months when I come back to Bali. Writing this now since my entire day was ruined since once again my day was ruined from an unexpected pool guys visit even though yesterday it was agreed upon him coming after the weekend. It’s just stressful when you live somewhere where your space, peace, privacy and comfort are completely disregarded and not protected.
