Great location.
I did not expect it to be 2 rooms, a bathroom and part(s) of a house. Like a hostel. I thought the private house meant it was private and rooms weren't blocked off with signs saying PRIVATE USE with the owner and family staying there.

Lack of Laundry and No fresh airflow inside the home leading to trapping of heat and the smell of food especially fish.
