Convenient location, close to shopping, restaurants, town and attractions. Playground around the corner for kids, and baskets of toys. Good yard for dogs.
No microwave, and shower needs to be upgraded (but we knew that prior to arriving!)

Great location, felt like home away from home. Outdoor area was great and property had everything we needed. Neighbour was very friendly too!
Cockroaches inside when the weather turned cooler freaked us out, we don’t have them at home so got a fright when we saw them. Thankfully there was bug spray supplied though.

I liked the cleanliness and homeliness of the accommodation. Comfy beds, easy to work television, easy parking by backdoor and a quiet street so no traffic noise despite being near Richmond's Shopping Centre. The key was available in a locked box accessed by a code. There was a garden for any pets to play in. We did not bring pets.
A microwave would have been useful for warming the meal we had brought with us. We were able to heat it in a pot, however. We were unsuccessful in finding a tea towel so had to drip dry the dishes in the provided rack. There were not enough dishes used to warrant turning on the dishwasher that was provided. The lounge chairs were very low for my 80-year-old self to get out of even boosted with the available cushions from the couch

Loved that we could bring our wee dog and she had a safe yard to run around in. Loved the little details, soap, shampoo etc
Bed was a little hard, but not too bad.
