Giovanni was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. The apartment was in the perfect location, just outside the centre of Bologna and provided a perfect base for us. Giovanni was very quick to respond when we had an issue with one of the blinds and fixed it for us on the day. The beds were extremely comfortable and the artwork was beautiful. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony. The neighbour next door was lovely and although we couldn’t speak the same language, we would say hello every time we saw each other. The lift made getting our luggage and shopping upstairs easy.
The only issue we had was with the upstairs neighbours moving things around early in the morning, but they are elderly and seemed to be moving some furniture. I assume that was a one off.

The space (big enough). It is clean. Area is a very quite.
It should be more stuff in the kitchen.
