Het stonk enorm naar verf ( was net geverfd) , veel rotzooi daardoor om huisje Deuren klemde agv verven en kregen die met moeite op slot Buiten meubels: tafel is kapot en een van ligstoelen, lampje boven wastafel kapot

heel mooi huisje en geschikt voor vier personen. Vanaf deze locatie mooie fietstochten gemaakt en het strand bezocht. Woning ligt in een mooi rustig park.
