Not too far from station and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. Facilities are good and clean.
Area around is not as clean as other parts of Osaka. The property does not have a dining table and chairs even though a dining table is listed in the description. I asked the property owner for one but he provides a coffee table instead and no chairs.

Todo muy limpio y ordenado, cumplió con lo que esperábamos y muy cerca de estación de metro de ahí puedes moverte a todos lados!!!!
Tenía un olor un poco extraño al que no estamos acostumbrados pero no es que oliera mal!!!

I really liked the spacious room and the great natural light. The hotel is in a quiet residential area, which made it very peaceful.
It's a bit far from the main downtown area, so expect to spend more time commuting if you plan to go there often. Because of the distance, taxi fares can also be quite expensive.

Je to klidné a tiché místo pouhých 8 minut od stanice metra, a velkého obchodu s potravinami a základními potřebami Daiso. Apartmán je dobře vybavený má klimatizaci lednice s mrazákem a pračku se sušičkou kuchyně má základní vyvybavení čtyři vidličky čtyři lžíce talíře a pánev na smažení. Balkón je výhodou 7 patro zajistí naprostý klid. WC má samostatnou místnost. Sedací souprava je základní ale taktéž velmi pohodlná. V apartmánu přespí 3 lidi pohodlně čtyři nouzově.
Koupelna a pračka velmi intenzivně páchne, u odpadů nefunguje zápachová uzávěra. Trvalý odtah ventilátoru nic neřeší, intenzita zápachu je nesnesitelná. naštěstí uzavřené dveře koupelny tento zápach nepustí do zbytku apartmánu
