Nicely located in a calm area, but very close to all the needed services, including metro and train to Osaka airport. Easy to find restaurants as well as Kombini. A Supermarket is few hundreds meters away. The flat was clean and provided with a good wi-fy.
The only thing i would improve are the instruction for the washing machine. They are only in Japanese or I have not found the English ones. Also to remember to the hosts the timing the washing machine should be used, to avoid to create problems. In some countries the time to respect the silence is different

The location is great, a few steps away from the metro station, two stops away from Dotonbori area and a few more from central Osaka. Quiet street, shops nearby. Contact with the staff is amazing, very friendly and polite people. Super good instructions regarding check-in. Room as on pictures, you see what yoy get.
Nothing really. Maybe id like some more towel hangers and bigger cups - but if that's the complaint, then nothing was wrong with the place.
