It’s location basically. Easy to travel to and from the airport, namba station. It’s good money for what it’s worth.
The bed basically. I’m not talking about the size. The bed isn’t comfy.

离天下茶屋非常近，五分钟的步行路程。房间不大，但一应俱全，干净整洁，非常舒适。
入住流程比较复杂，希望简化一下。

新しいのか、お部屋がとても綺麗でした。
スタッフの方がいない時もセルフでチェックインできる点は便利だと思います。
細かいところですが、レースカーテンが付いていないため、カーテンを開けると外から丸見えなのが気になりました。
それからドライヤーはありましたが、洗面所にコンセントが付いておらず、鏡を見ながら使用できないのが少し不便に感じました。
