Удобное место, есть рядом кафе и супермаркет. Пока земля не застроена перед домом - есть вид на море и на закаты. Есть парковка, в здании есть лифт. Дом новый, соседей мало. Хозяйка - отличный , доброжелательный и общительный человек.
Все в целом в порядке. В случае долгосрочной аренды, возможно, не помешала бы плита побольше, но это не критично. В случае повторного приезда, я бы снова остановился в этом месте.
