Wszystko przemyślane w najdrobniejszych szczegółach: różne rodzaje kawy I herbaty, uroczy dzbanek do herbaty, kieliszki do wina, wszystkie przyrządy kuchenne, książki do czytania, śmietanka do kawy w lodówce). Bardzo miły gest w postaci kilku słodkich cukierków do kawy. Instrukcja obsługi ekspresu do kawy była pomocna. Bardzo czysto i pachnąco. Doskonale wyposażona łazienka (w tym nawet zatyczki do uszu, przybory higieniczne dla kobiet). Super kontakt z właścicielką. Łatwy check in.
Lokalizacja obiektu w centrum Gliwic to może być duży plus, ale efektem ubocznym lokalizacji w centrum jest niestety hałas z pobliskich obiektów gastronomicznych (ich ogródków) w okresie letnim. Zatyczki do uszu, w które wyposażono, obiekt były przydatne.
