Za gorąco mimo, że jestem zmarzluchem. Pierwsze wrażenie otoczenia nieciekawe, stara kamienica w starym podwórzu. No i 3 piętro bez windy, ale to niczyja wina.

Bardzo blisko do areny. W pobliżu sklep ABC. Wygodne zameldowanie i odbiór kluczy. Miejsca parkingowe na wewnętrznym dziedzińcu.
Budynek z zewnątrz sprawia nieciekawe wrażenie, podobnie klatka schodowa. Mieszkanie w stanie do remontu/odswiezenia. Brak klimatyzacji, przy wyższych temperaturach jest duszno i nie ma możliwości zrobić przeciągu. Brak rolety w łazience, przez co niekomfortowo się z niej korzysta. Okna w kierunku ogródków działkowych i dziedzińca. Klapa w toalecie urwana, można się wystraszyć przy pierwszym korzystaniu. Przy prysznicu postawiony mop i szczotki - nie można swobodnie wejść/wyjść. Cena zawyżona jak na takie warunki.
