Royal Palms 1304

Location and clean

Pool location; evening shade over pool

The location was perfect for a quiet, peaceful beach trip. Being at the end of the beach meant we were never in the crowds fighting for a spot on the beach.

The elevator needs a fan or exhaust. It was stifling but that was the only small issue with our 4 day stay.

Location, beach and balcony. Beds were good!

No pictures on the walls, no coffee table and some dirty pans in the cabinet. Reported to the host as all the pictures shown in the photo were in the closet. Couch needs replaced. Overall i wasn't unhappy, just needs a little TLC

The master bed was Devine! The best we've slept in ..in a long time. View was great! Neighbors were great!

The only reason I gave a lower score was the bunk area had a very distinct mildew like smell. Not good with a child that has asthma, my 5 year old had a bad flair up, even with inhalers, thankfully I noticed it before he slept in there the whole night (a couple hours is all it took) and moved him. It honestly could be from kids getting in the bunk soaking wet over and over and they don't need to do that🤷‍♀️ I'm not sure... I did contact the owners to let them know so they could find/fix the issue. They were nice and apologized. I'm a firm believer in if you don't know, how can you fix it. The master bathroom floor was also not that clean, the doorknob face plate going out of the bedroom was loose/not a big deal, just letting them know.
