Smoky Mountains Retreat

Very quiet location beautiful views of the mountain, hardly anyone staying there, self check in (lockbox at door) more than enough space for our family, toys for kids. Saw lots of bear driving on/off the mountain! Empty parking lot, with numbered areas.

Old wiring, hardly any outlets in rooms (lots of surge protectors to plug into), lots of dim lighting (very difficult to see at night) no locks on doors; not even bathrooms. Master is a second floor loft with no privacy (open to stairs AND living area via overlook/balcony) no tv in kids room, pretty far from downtown making commute difficult during events, a few broken or loosen objects like tables/table legs, loud microwave if cooking at night. Our jeep got attacked by a bear overnight in the parking lot, just FYI (don't bring your soft top lol)

Clean, plenty of room & literally anything you need is provided. Great location. We had our 1yr old grandson & they had a pack N play ready & some toys ready. What a pleasant surprise. Everything was as described & more. Directions & check in/out was easy. A+ to deal with

Overall I loved to comfort of the place

Parking was alil crammed but didn’t cause any problems

The location was great, about a few minutes from all the shops

Everything was amazing
