Great location and the staff was very responsive and quick to help, which we appreciated.

The room itself was quite small and the bed was uncomfortable. The thermostat was located in the common area and controlled all rooms, so our room stayed hot with poor ventilation. The TV remote also only worked intermittently and needed constant adjusting to function properly. Another downside was having only one bathroom shared among all the rooms, which did not work well. I often found myself waiting in line to use it or needing to go elsewhere.

The property is well located, approximately a ten-minute walk from the Grove Street train station, and situated in a relatively quiet area. Security measures were adequate, and the shared amenities were well maintained and of good quality.

I initially booked a five-night stay but required an additional night due to logistical changes. When I requested an extension via the concierge on WhatsApp, the support provided was limited. While I understood that my room was already booked, there was little flexibility to accommodate me at an alternative property for a single night. I was informed that bookings require a minimum stay of two nights, which felt rigid. As a result, I did not feel that my circumstances were adequately considered, despite having already stayed at the property for five nights.
