Close to MOA and Solaire, the bldg have a convenience store just outside the lobby which is great to buy necessities like drinking water, and food stalls at night which have many selections for dinner.
The unit have an aircon, refrigerator, microwave and a washing machine which is very convenient for us. And have a very homey and cozy ambience.
The sofa is a bit low, sometimes it’s hard to get up maybe because we are not that light 😅

Near SMX Convention Center/MOA where we had an event. Though I realized later on that there was a nearer place just across. Nevertheless, the place/unit was nice and feels like home. Staff are courteous.
