Walking distance to West Ham stadium and Westfield Shopping Centre. Was about a 40 minute walk.
The property had a fridge and kettle in it with complimentary tea, coffee, milk and ear plugs.
The room was easy to access with the code to the front door and bedroom texted over upon arrival at the property.
The bed was really uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in it so sleep was poor.
The towel radiator was on continuously in the bathroom with no option to turn it off.
The room was really warm due to the heatwave but the radiator situation didn’t help.

Location and ease of check in was great. Hairdryer and toiletries was fantastic. We had everything we needed for one night. Good value for money. TV was very good too. Overall we were very happy with our stay
Bathroom sink was leaking from underneath which meant the floor was wet. Only 2 small towels which would have been fine if a hand towel and bathmat would have been provided too.
Bed wasn't very comfortable as the mattress was very thin and lumpy, could feel the base underneath but fine for one night.

Location was good for links to commute into London and our tourist areas.
Reasonably priced.
Not as seen in the photos.
Sink was leaking, had to put a bowl beneath it, no bulb in the lamp, no key to the back door (even though the back door was in our apartment, should've been provided in the event of a fire), something broken by the mirror, no breakfast set in our apartment but we had a swivel chair and desk, not suitable for 2 people.
