Just one bathroom for the whole apartment

Perfect location. The place is impeccably clean. Very safe for the children. Amazing amenities; swimming pool, gym. Staffs are polite and easy to speak with. Overall, best decision we made. Highly recommended.
The microwave didn't work.

Location and space in the apartment is good. Fully equipped also with broom and vacuum. Everything was clean when we checked in.
What can be improved upon :
- a tv with some channels at least or even netflix. There was nothing
- with 2 guests, one key card was very very inconvenient. Could not provide me with another card but at least they gave me another apartment key. One of the nights, my husband went out and I could not even go to the pool/gym as I did not have the key card to enter the area or would not be able to come back to the apartment

The place is nice and conformable
-the lamp of bathroom are broken while we arrive and did not fix it.. So i use a toilet in the darken use my handphone flash.. So terible for me..
-the staff cant speak a proper englsih or malay.. So bad for us to communicate
-my towel did not get while i. Arrive. (i arrive late and mention to staff) but they not prepare and check the towel.. I get the towel at 1 hour after my chek in..
