Balmoral & Beyond Connected Comfort in Mosman

The location was good - not far from Balmoral Beach which is where we had things planned. It's also not far from Military Road and various shops including a large supermarket.

For some reason I thought this was a motel - in hindsight, it was the name that suggested it to me. But it was an apartment within a larger multi-level apartment block. No signage and we had no idea of the apartment number until we got there. The flat itself was very basic, not the cleanest I've been in (particularly the carpet) and lots of little things not quite right. There was also no air conditioning and limited ability to open windows (the bedroom faces the street). Also, the advertised "laundry" is not in the actual apartment - there is a communal laundry in the apartment block.

Easy key collection and communication with host. Was even surprised with a sweet treat upon arrival 🙂

Not the strongest wifi, suitable for browsing and light work.

Great location and convenient to city and transport.

The dishwasher couldn’t be used as the door was broken and no attempt to fix it by the owner. The hot water in the kitchen sink did not work but never advised the owner as I was busy enjoying my holiday.
