Mosman Views, 2bed, Parking, 15min Walk to Beach

There are stairs to climb to this property, but the view from the windows/balcony is amazing. The apartment is long and feels spacious, very soundproof between rooms, nice soft carpet (no need for slippers). Beds were comfy. Super convenient to main road, shops, cafes, express bus into the city, walk down the hill to Balmoral Beach. Cupboards with spare blankets which I always appreciate. Owner was extremely prompt in answering any queries. Entry with keypad was easy and very convenient... no anxiety over who has the key.

I couldn't find the rubbish bins outside - had to message the owner who replied immediately and explained they are in a little room round the corner from the car parking area (yes, the property includes a parking spot undercover). My friend was disappointed that there was no kitchen food waste collection bin, but apparently that is coming soon to Mosman (not a property issue).

Great location, had everything you needed, very comfortable and nice having a balcony.

Keyless entry is great and is better than having keys but the key pad was difficult to use, because when you pressed the screen nothing happened. After we worked out you need to press the bottom right hand corner to light up the key pad it was easy to get in the apartment.

The property was clean and full of light. We were briefly greeted on the balcony by Cockatoos and later by Coconut Lorakeets. The balcony was wonderful to sit on in the evenings to watch the sunset and the bats flying past Mosman. The views over Mosman really make the apartment special. Mosman is itself a great area to visit and the apartment is very close to Spit Junction which has a good shopping centre and has convenient bus stops. George, the owner, was always ready to help and give advice and was very pleasant to deal with. I would be very glad to stay here in the future.
