Lakeside Bliss, Perfect Location Guesthouse

In short I thought the studio was perfect. I literally couldn't fault it. Everything a traveller could want ws there. Lovely and clean. Stepping inside for the first time I thought wow and felt right at home straight away. The owner contacted me on arrival day asking if all was ok which I thought was a wonderful expression of a genuine concern for the well fare of his guest. I rarely do reviews, as I expect a place to be great, as advertised, but this one is above and beyond my expectations and deserves all accolades. The location is wonderful, literally 1-200 metres from the shores of Lake Wendouree. I love walking and had no problems walking into town, it is 2-3 kms from the town centre / train station.

It was homely and clean. Very quiet neighborhood.

Nothing I don't like.

The location was good. Easy walk to the lake and about 10 - 15 minute walk to supermarket. Quiet location. Steet parking was okay, but the large drain-like gutters could could make accessing car on passenger side a bit difficult for older people or those with a disability. No on-site parking.

Generally clean, but there was dirt and grime between the appliances in the bathroom, and there was dried food on some of the cutlery in the kitchen drawers The sofa bed would have been fine for children and younger people, but the pillows on the floor style bed was not really the best for an older person with troubles getting up from floor.
