"The Stables @ Smith St" is a stylish, modern and comfortable 1 bedroom plus study cottage located behind #10 Smith St.
"The Stables" has an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with fully equipped kitchen, large flat screen TV and new split system for year-round heating and cooling. French doors lead out to a private courtyard with sun umbrella and outdoor seating.
There is an elegant master bedroom with queen bed with quality linen and electric blanket, flat screen TV and large walk-through robe.
Entry to "The Stables" is through the study which contains a desk and a couch which folds out to a double bed.
"The Stables" is totally renovated including the "London-style" bathroom with clothes washer/drier. All bed linen and towels are supplied.
The street entry is via a side walk-way and there are no outdoor areas shared with guests from the house.
Smith St is a very quiet street with little through traffic. Victoria park is less than a block away and Lake Wendouree is 1km.
Easy access to shopping, hospitals and CBD with bus stop 50m away taking you direct to town centre in under 5 minutes. Or drive, cycle or walk the 2-3km to your central destination.
WiFi internet is also included.
