Fantastic location for the Ethiad stadium. Good, clean room.

The location is perfect for the Etihad - less than 10 minutes walk. The property was exceptionally clean, couldn’t fault it. The bed was comfortable with lovely clean, crisp white sheets. Communication with the owners was great aswell! Free reserved parking was a nice touch.

Nothing bad to say about it at all! All positive!

It's within walking distance of the Etihad Stadium and the Coop Arena - there's a handy footpath linking to it, which may be a bit scary if walking on your own at night, but I think it's quite safe. The place was clean, and all the basics were there.

For the price, this is exceptionally basic. The only reason it's so expensive is the closeness of the stadium and the arena, but I wish I booked a city centre hotel and used public transport (admittedly, it would've taken us a lot longer to get back in the evening). We couldn't park at the property as there was already someone there using the drive. The wifi was nonexistent. The amenities and facilities are just very basic, and it wasn't the lovely stay I was expecting for the price, more like a Travelodge room, or even worse. There is nothing in the area, so if you need snacks/coffee, etc., bring it with you. It's a purely residential area.
