Es war ein Raucher Appartement!! Der Geruch von altem Zigarettenrauch lag ständig in der Nase, ein Sofa hatte einen Brandfleck. Die Lösung des Personals: sie würden mit einem Raumspray kommen. 2 Tage vor der Ankunft haben wir um Extra-Bettwäsche für die Couch gebeten, diese wurde nicht bereit gestellt. Weiters: die Dusch-Glastür war undicht, Wasser trat immer aus.
