The studio was impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and superbly equipped with all essential amenities. The showers boasted excellent water pressure, a crucial factor for my satisfaction.

I strongly believe that the security deposit policy is unreasonable. It's quite absurd to pay a security deposit of 1,500 AED ($400) which, in my situation, exceeded the total cost of my 2-night stay. However, the real problem lies in the fact that it can take up to 14 days to receive a refund. In my opinion, the security deposit should be returned promptly, perhaps within 2 to 3 days after check-out, especially considering the substantial amount. For brief stays lasting only 2 to 3 days, I don't see the value in this policy.

I really loved the building and the overall atmosphere. It was modern, secure, and well maintained. The room suited my taste perfectly with a cozy and stylish design that made me feel at home right away. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the comfortable layout and the quiet, peaceful environment. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials and appliances, which made it easy to cook during my stay. I also appreciated thoughtful touches like the bed tray which made it convenient to use my laptop and work comfortably from bed. The building’s facilities were another highlight. I enjoyed having access to the gym, coffee shop, and co-working area which made balancing work and relaxation much easier. The pool was also a standout feature and perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Overall, the space was thoughtfully designed and ideal for someone traveling alone who values comfort, convenience, and a good work-life balance.

What I didn’t like was the lack of attention to detail and the communication issues. There was no welcome card, and the fridge was completely empty, which made the arrival feel impersonal. It was also difficult to communicate with the host, as there were too many contact numbers, leading to confusion. Extending my stay became a stressful process, with back-and-forth messages that went on for nearly a week. Although support eventually came, it felt too late and affected the flow of my trip. The coffee machine wasn’t clean, and I had to request a water tank, which I only received a few days before checking out. Despite staying for two weeks, no discount was offered for the extension, and I had to pay for cleaning. It would have been a nice gesture to receive at least two complimentary cleaning visits, as other Airbnbs often provide for long stays. The most frustrating part was the deposit. I was asked to pay it urgently before my arrival, which turned into a hassle on the day of my trip while I was on the airplane. They should have given back the deposit the day I checked out, but now, nearly a month and a half later, I still haven’t received it back. I was told to keep checking with the bank, but I haven’t received any notification or confirmation, which has been incredibly disappointing.
